How a treatment works in people's lives.
Repeat findings from the same people, in their own words, broken down by who said them. Evidence, never brand work.
What you'd use us for
- How a treatment fits into people's lives once it's in use: what changes, and for whom.
- Education materials checked by members who live with the condition, before they go out.
- Ask our data, then ask members live, whenever a question comes up.
"Does our patient leaflet on starting insulin make sense to people with type 2 diabetes?"
What comes back
Members with type 2 diabetes review the leaflet inside our platform, where download and screenshots are blocked, and comment point by point. You get every point raised, how many raised it and who. Once you've decided, the report shows what you changed, what you didn't, and why.
Evidence, never brand work
Members never promote a product, act as ambassadors or mentors, or appear in a company's marketing, so they stay an independent voice.
Safety
Members are told when they join how to report a side effect to their doctor and to the MHRA's Yellow Card scheme. Every survey answer, voice note and video diary is screened by our team before it reaches you. Anything that mentions a side effect, a product complaint or a safety concern about a named medicine is passed to your pharmacovigilance contact within one working day, and we close every piece of work with a reconciliation log of what was passed on and when.
