Every tender asks how patients, including underserved groups, shaped your product.
Most suppliers answer with the same case study every time. We give you a new one: matched members who live with the condition test your portal, messages or onboarding, and you get a report showing who took part, broken down by age, sex, ethnicity and deprivation, what they raised, what you changed and what you didn't.
Reuse
The report is yours. Cite it in tenders and DTAC submissions, name us, and use us as a reference. It carries the date of the work, so you and the assessor both know how old it is.
Timing
Bid windows are short. A pilot usually takes about ten working days from brief to report when we hold your users' condition. We quote the exact working days before anything starts and hold a slot against your deadline.
What it costs
A pilot on one product or one set of messages is £7,500 plus VAT. Participants per session for your own research are £120 per completed session.
What the report says about itself
The panel doesn't yet hold disability as a standing field; we screen for it on request. The report says plainly what the panel can and can't evidence, so your tender answer is honest and an assessor can't catch it out.
