What comes back
The same working day: incidence by condition among our members, and how many fit your screener. Every member has passed our sign-up checks against bots and fake accounts, and conditions are self-declared, with qualifying questions.
Fraud and quality checks
Every new member goes through sign-up checks to keep out bots and fake accounts: bot defence, network risk checks, two-stage email checks, privacy-respecting device checks and an optional phone check. Extra steps appear only when something looks wrong, and flagged sign-ups go to a person for review. We count a member only once they've finished onboarding and passed these checks, and conditions are self-declared, with qualifying questions.
Members stay ours
Members are never passed to you by name. Sponsors and agencies never learn who members are.
Paid for their time
Members are paid £27.50 an hour, in line with NIHR's rate for public involvement, for answering our surveys.
