What Footnote checks, and where it runs

- Fairness checks. Algorithms look for bias in its answers.
- Where it runs. Claude, through Amazon Bedrock in the London region, with data stored in UK data centres.
- Who can see member records. Only our founder and our CTO, and only when there's an issue to resolve.
- Recordings. Kept while someone is a member, and deleted when they leave.
- A person checks reports. Findings in a report, including those from asking members live, are checked by a person before a client sees them. Instant answers from our data come straight to you, with their sources shown.
