Your material

Members sign a confidentiality agreement when they join, and can sign your own wording before seeing your material.
Material is shown inside our platform and never sent out. Download and browser screenshots are blocked. The confidentiality agreement every member signs covers photographing the screen, and material is taken down when the work ends.
Members are trained, when they join, that they're reviewing material they don't own.
You can exclude specific questions or comments from the report.

Members are told when they join how to report a side effect to their doctor and to the MHRA's Yellow Card scheme.
Every survey answer, voice note and video diary is screened by our team before it reaches a client.
Anything that mentions a side effect, a product complaint or a safety concern about a named medicine or device is passed to the client's named safety contact within one working day.
Every piece of work closes with a reconciliation log of what was passed on and when.

We never sell members' data, and we never license anyone's answers to train AI.
Your material and members' words stay yours and theirs. Only anonymised patterns across many pieces of work are kept, and you can opt out in your contract.
Reports never name members or include anything that could identify them. We never share members' video diaries or voice notes. You get the themes and de-identified quotes.

Members are paid for their time at the NIHR rate of £27.50 an hour, never for their answers, and never for joining a clinical trial.
Clients never pay members directly and never learn who they are.
Members see what a task pays before they start, and swap points for e-vouchers from £5.
Members see a summary of what changed because of them after every piece of work.
Members reading material about their own condition can stop at any time.
