Every participant is profiled on eight social factors at sign-up.
That is the mechanism that lets us produce subgroup evidence at all. The eight factors below are aligned to MHRA IDP, NIHR INCLUDE and EMA regulatory expectations and cover the dimensions regulators, HTA bodies and NHS procurement now ask about first.
None of these factors are inferred. All eight are consented and self-reported at panel sign-up, and can be updated by the participant at any time.
The Trust & Ethics Board.
Independent of operations. Reviews all major outputs before release. Output veto means the Board can require an output to be reworked or withheld if it would identify an individual community, breach consent scope, or create a risk to a participant, before the output ever leaves the platform.
Board being established. The seat descriptions below define the roles we are recruiting for. The Board is expected to be seated in Q4 2026. Until then, an interim advisory group performs equivalent review functions. Board composition and member biographies will be published on this page.
Lay chair
Not the founder, not the CEO. Provides the outside-in review that HTA bodies and NHS procurement now expect.
Clinical ethicist
Regulated-healthcare research ethics background. Reviews study design and consent language.
